New England Agile Bazaar - Next Meeting May 11th
TOPIC: Informal Panel Discussion: Agile Leaders will Respond
to Participants' Questions and Issues
PANELISTS:
Diana Larsen - Expert on the "people side" of development teams;
advisor, consultant and facilitator to s/w project teams
Mary Poppendieck and
Tom Poppendieck - Authors of "Lean Software development" and
authorities on applying lean manufacturing principles to
software projects
Esther Derby - Certified Scrum Master, coach for project managers,
consultant to project teams for planning and retrospectives
ABSTRACT: The meeting will consist of an informal panel discussion,
where the speakers address questions and issues around
software team dynamics, project planning differences between
traditional and agile teams, transitioning to agile
practices, and any related topics.
DATE: Wednesday, May 11th
