* MEETING NOTICE *
New England Agile Bazaar - Next Meeting Aug. 18th
TOPIC: Transitioning to Agile Methods - Panel Discussion
When an organization shifts from traditional to Agile
product development methods it affects a whole "project
community", not just the software developers. This project
community includes QA, Test, the customer, and others.
Our panelists will present "lessons learned" and issues
they encountered in their transitions to agile practices, from
both the management and technical perspectives.
We'll bring out the good, the bad, and the unexpected impacts
that moving to Agile can cause. Don't miss this chance to hear
first-hand experiences, and ask the tough questions!
